Cancellation Policy / Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

For the courses, workshops, and other leisure activities offered through our platform, no statutory right of withdrawal applies if the service is scheduled for a specific date or takes place within a clearly defined period of time.

This exclusion is based on Article 16 (l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and its national implementation in Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The contract for participation in the event is concluded between you and the respective organizer.
MySkillcation – Staudacher & Köttel GbR acts solely as an intermediary.
Accordingly, no statutory right of withdrawal exists vis-à-vis MySkillcation.

Cancellations or rebookings are only possible in accordance with the organizer’s cancellation terms.
