Cancellation Policy / Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal​

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of the Skillcation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., by email).

The cancellation fees are determined according to the following conditions:

• up to 30 days before the start: 20% of the participation fee;

• up to 14 days before the start: 50% of the participation fee;

• less than 14 days before the start: 100% of the participation fee.

If we need to cancel a Skillcation (e.g., due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund.

Please note: As Skillcations are leisure services with fixed dates, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).
