Cancellation Policy & Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Please note: Since MySkillcation offers recreational activities with a specific date or period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). Your booking is therefore binding upon completion.
However, we allow you to cancel your booking before the start of the Skillcation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email). The cancellation fees are based on the time of receipt of your notice:

More than 30 days before the start: Free cancellation

30 days or less before the start: 100% of the participation fee
If we are forced to cancel a Skillcation (e.g., due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Further claims are excluded.
